Bigger, wider, taller! The popularity of larger vehicles is constantly increasing. The Ford Ranger pickup is now among the most sought-after vehicles. This magnificent vehicle was unveiled at the Bangkok International Motor Show on March 25, 2015. Ford presented this pickup to the public with a comprehensive facelift compared to its predecessor, and it has been available in Germany since February 2016. With a factory-fitted towing capacity of 3,500 kg, the vehicle effortlessly pulls trailers from A to B. This is ideal for horse enthusiasts and breeding farms, especially since the roads and tracks are often challenging and require an off-road capable tow vehicle. Models with four-cylinder engines (96 kW / 130 hp or 118 kW / 160 hp) in combination with a manual transmission and fuel-efficient axle ratio have a reduced towing capacity of only 2,500 kg. The Ranger is also available to interested buyers in various trim levels: XL, XLT, Limited, and Wildtank. Drivers can choose between a single cab with two seats, an extended cab with two additional jump seats, or a double cab with three additional full-size seats. In addition to the standard equipment, the Ranger is also available with a wide range of optional extras and accessories, such as an “Off-Road Package” with a locking differential and skid plates, and several different cargo bed covers.
